Meridian Product Partners develops and manufactures custom plush and soft toys. We combine the craft of Qingdao’s specialist plush factories with a New Jersey team that takes responsibility for the result.

Our story
Why we started Meridian
Qingdao’s plush factories are among the best in the world. Many were set up to supply demanding Japanese and Korean retailers, and they bring decades of skill to every piece. What US brands often lack is a partner on their side of the Pacific: someone who understands US safety rules, speaks the language of the factory floor, and is accountable when it matters.
Meridian was set up to be that partner. We work with a small group of partner factories we know well, and we take on the parts of a plush program that are hardest to manage from a distance: specification, compliance, inspection and importing.

One accountable team
You deal with a single US company from first sketch to delivery. If something goes wrong, you know exactly who is responsible for putting it right.
Write it down
Every decision, from fabric to face position to fill weight, goes into a written specification that you, we and the factory all sign off.
Safety is designed in
We think about testing from the first sketch, so the lab report confirms a safe design instead of revealing a problem.
Check independently
Factory QC is important, but it isn’t the final word. Independent inspectors check every order before it ships.
